So here's my story...
After graduating from Ryken I went to Towson
University were I received my undergraduate
degree in Psychology and a Masters in Human
Resource Development. But, as with most folks
I am currently in a profession that has nothing
to do with either...I am a Pharmaceutical
Representative. There is not much to say about
those college or the post-college years except
they invloved a lot of travelling and partying...they
are pretty much a blur! But what I do remember
of them, because it was captured on film,
was that I had a lot of good times and made
some great memories! I currently reside in
Federal Hill in downtown Baltimore with my
husband Scott. Scott and I were married three
years ago in Mexico. Baltimore is a blast
as we are surrounded by nothing but exciting
activities and good friends...many of whom
are from Southern MD! (Shout out to you Reber!)
Scott is also in a band, as a hobby, which
makes for a lot of fun and mayhem! BTW...we
are anxiously awaiting the birth of our first
child in a few weeks which is why I haven't
RSVPed for the reunion.

I moved back to St Mary's County after my
divorce in 2001. Up to that point I had been
either in the Navy or a Navy wife. Today,
I am a licensed home day care provider who
specializes in taking care of children with
special needs. It keeps me busy.
I am the very proud mother of 2 children;
Paris is 16 years old, a junior at Great Mills,
on the Girls Varsity Soccer Team for the 2nd
year. Driving is an experience as she thinks
that speed llimits are only suggestions and
you only have to stop at a stop sign if another
car is there or a pedestrian is in front of
you. Cory (my son) is 11 and in 6th grade.
He is a typical boy who cant get his mind
off motorcycles, video games, and 6th grade
girls.
George and I have been dating for over a year,
after a long friendship, and are getting married
on November 10, 2007. We enjoy riding on our
1991 Harley Davidson Custom Softtail. We will
be on the bike at least to the Tiki Bar on
Friday!
I am in the first picture with Paris and Cory
up at the Cherry Blossom Festival in Washington,
DC. That is George on the bike with my mother
and my dad is standing in the background.
After her double by-pass last year, Mom wanted
to ride and George made it happen.

Scott is the only one that I know that has
not changed a bit since High School. Scott,
just keep doing what you are doing.

After SMR, I spent a couple years doing part-time
jobs (Sears, pizza restaurants, WMDM/WPTX
radio) until I ended up at Tracor where I
worked for 14 1/2 years. While working there,
I attended Charles County Comm College part-time
and earned my associates degree in 1994. Then,
I transferred to the University of MD University
College part-time where I earned my bachelor's
in Information Systems Management in 1999.
Currently, I work for Lockheed Martin at Pax
River as the Lab/Network Manager for the in-service
Presidential Helicopter mission computer software
lab. I married my wife Joanie who is from
South Dakota in 2000 and we have one daughter,
Regan who is 4 yrs. old. I haven't moved too
far from SMR as we live in the Avenmar community
of Breton Bay. We spend a lot of our free
time going camping with friends in our travel
trailer and working on the many projects around
the house. Here's a picture of our family
taken this summer on top of Whiteface Mountain
in upstate New York (that's Lake Placid behind
us). Looking forward to the reunion...

Dave Cooper

Hey, what’s up? This
is me Dave (actually Dale pretending to be
Dave). Yeah, I could tell you what I have
been doing all these years, but I think this
little ditty sums it up best.
"If you like Pina Coladas,
And getting caught in the rain.
If you're not into yoga,
If you have half-a-brain.
If you like making love at midnight,
In the dunes of the cape.
I'm the man you've looked for,
Write to me, and escape."

This picture was taken at
Dave's birthday celebration at the Tiki Bar
in 2006. Allen and Dave are co-founders of
Drivers Opposing Regular Cars (DORC). DORC
is currently pushing a bill through congress
that would require each American household
to own at least one Ford Mustang. The DORCs
meet every Tuesday night if you are interested
in joining.

Dad, why does the panda bear have black eyes?
Well, son, back in high school the panda bear
was always getting in fights with bears twice
his size. He took quite a beating that panda
bear. Over time his eyes just sorta stayed
black and he passed that on to his son. That
is called the circle of life.
Dad, you do not have a clue do you? No son,
I sure don’t.
